This study expanded the participation of people with mild disabilities and their families in art museums, and approached the role of Living Lab and social connection factors as follows. First, we build an art museum positioning that increases the importance of community participation. Second, we use art museums, which are people with mild disabilities and family caregivers, as local platforms, and establish the basis for an educational framework that can solve problems with collective intelligence. Third, it proposes the effect of introducing a Living Lab that strengthens the social connection of art museums and promotes collaborative education between various institutions and organizations. The prediction of the effectiveness of the museum's Living Lab through the museum's collaborative education framework and the prediction of subsequent results are as follows: First, through active learning, various art museum education living lab experiments should be introduced into the community to increase participant efficacy. Second, it is necessary to realize an art museum Living Lab that can sustain the social bonds of family caregivers and overcome various problems. Third, the museum Living Lab must be realized based on the collective intelligence consortium framework by gathering various organizations.
