Advancements in ICT technology, including artificial intelligence, big data, and the Internet of Things (IoT), have brought changes to various industries. These changes have accelerated the development of digital media content that combines art and technology. As technological advancements lead to the standardization and increased supply of product technology, the importance of brand differentiation has grown in the highly competitive market. To achieve brand differentiation, experiential marketing has emerged as a strategy to establish touchpoints with customers and build relationships. Brands are leveraging various forms of experiential marketing to create these touchpoints, with media facades that combine cutting-edge technology and art becoming particularly popular. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the interaction design of media facades for brand experiential marketing, with the goal of establishing effective experiential marketing strategies and enhancing market competitiveness.
