The study analyzes facial expressions of digital humans as a service based on affordance design theory. It defines key factors such as wrinkles, skin color, skin texture, hair, lighting reflection, and pupil reflection, and analyzes them through four cases: China, Korea, the United States, and Japan. The results of the study confirmed that the user experience improves when the facial expressions of digital humans satisfy all of the cognitive, physical, sensory, and functional affordance factors. This emphasizes that digital human technology can provide a realistic and satisfying user experience, and suggests that future research on ways to improve the interaction between digital humans and users is needed.
