As times change, modern society's commercial spaces are gradually evolving from single-purpose consumption areas to comprehensive service spaces that offer high-quality customer experiences. This transformation not only enhances customer experience but also achieves the goal of increasing brand recognition. This paper investigates the application of Kinetic Art in commercial spaces. Kinetic Art makes exhibitions more attractive through interaction and participation. While previous studies have focused on exhibition spaces and the principles of Kinetic Art, there has been a lack of specific analysis on its application in commercial spaces. This research aims to systematically organize the interactive experience elements of Kinetic Art and analyze its role in attracting customers and establishing brand image through specific case studies. By examining the K11 Art Mall and the Gentle Monster brand store, the study explores how Kinetic Art enhances the shopping experience through unique visual, interactive, and sensory experiences, strengthens emotional connections between brands and customers, and increases brand recognition. The research shows that Kinetic Art can make commercial spaces more attractive and improve brand loyalty and revisitation intentions through customer interaction.
