The era of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI) has introduced unprecedented forms of non-fungible token (NFT) artworks, integrating various art forms with new financial companies and AI-based services. This development underscores the need for clear identification of information sources to address copyright issues. NFT blockchain technology offers a potential solution by ensuring the uniqueness of digital outputs. However, issues such as fraud and market manipulation undermine trust and disrupt NFT distribution. This study examines AI-generated NFT artworks and associated copyright issues, reviewing guidelines and literature to anticipate future challenges in the AI NFT art market. Future research will focus on enhancing processes for original authentication, creator protection, and data copyright assurance to prepare for the expanding AI era.
