In order to solve the problems in the digital consumption environment that is experiencing rapid changes, a plan to apply information cognitive design to improve the customer experience in the digital kiosk service environment for ordering from stores was studied. Based on the theoretical consideration, the types of digital kiosk services were classified into fast food, cafes, and stores for daily necessities, and visibility, attention, accuracy, and formality were derived as factors for improving information cognitive design to improve the customer experience of digital kiosk services. Based on the derived factors, the purpose is to present information cognitive design by grasping the preferences of factors that improve customer experience for each type of digital kiosk service store. This is expected to improve digital kiosk usability by identifying important factors of consumer information perception design according to the characteristics of each store type and providing effective customer experience-based digital kiosk services based on this. In the future, in line with the development of technology, continuous research on the customer experience of the service should be conducted.
