In this study, a strategic direction was proposed for the transition to a business automation system based on the artificial intelligence agent A2A MCP, with the objective of achieving efficient operation and management of NFT artworks. The results of the study are as follows: In order to propose a core strategic direction for approaching museum/gallery A2A MCP, three NFT role-based A2A MCP design directions were proposed: The management of NFT operations, the curation of data, and the provision of hyper-personalised services. The anticipated outcomes of this research endeavour are manifold. These include enhanced efficiency in the domain of NFT artwork museums/galleries, expedited decision-making processes for academic artists informed by AI data, and the establishment of a foundational framework for integrating distributed NFT artwork services.
