Healing agriculture is an integrated approach that simultaneously seeks medical and social healing by utilizing agricultural activities, and has recently developed in various forms. From short-term rural experiences or tourism programs to problem-solving models based on continuous agricultural work, the types are gradually expanding, showing that agriculture can function as a medium of healing beyond simple production. This study aims to present a methodology for developing a healing agricultural model through a conceptual approach to service design. To this end, the key factors that can be derived from healing agriculture—user-centeredness, systemic thinking, iterative processes, and sustainability—were structured from the perspective of service design. By exploring the relationship between the natural environment and health and applying user experience-based design methods, we intend to examine the scientific effects on the psychological and physical health of participants. This paper proposes a framework that integrates healing agriculture and service design principles and lays the foundation for model development that can provide users with practical healing experiences.
