As population aging accelerates, the number of older adults living alone continues to increase, raising concerns about social isolation and emotional disconnection. This study analyzes six domestic and international AI care service cases and classifies their functions into three domains: Daily Care, Mind Care, and Safe Care. The cases were categorized into three service types: platform-based, environment-installed, and interaction-based services. The findings indicate that Daily Care functions are commonly provided across services, whereas Mind Care and Safe Care functions vary by service type. Current AI care services tend to provide these functions separately, limiting their ability to address the needs of older adults living alone. This study highlights the need for an integrated AI care service model reflecting older adults’ daily lives and emotional needs. Therefore, future AI care services should integrate daily management, emotional support, and safety assistance while improving accessibility and usability.
