This This study addresses the quality-of-life challenges confronting family caregivers of older adults diagnosed with mild cognitive impairment and dementia within the context of an aging society, with the objective of reconceptualizing the social roles of museums. To this end, the theoretical frameworks of 'Lifestyle Design' and 'Life Care Design(LCD)' were examined, and a comparative analysis of their distinguishing elements and intersections was conducted. The findings indicate that these two concepts occupy a complementary relationship along the life continuum and hold substantive potential for integrated implementation within museums as cultural and artistic environments. Employing the "Caregiver Mini Journey Map" as a mediating framework, this study proposes an integrated model through which museums may extend their social function from venues of cultural engagement to platforms for caregiving support and psychosocial recovery.
