As South Korea enters a super-aged society, emotional isolation among seniors has expanded beyond individual hardship into a critical social issue accompanied by increasing societal costs. Existing AI-based services are predominantly designed around information delivery and task execution, falling short of meeting seniors' emotional needs, and studies integrating emotion recognition technology with generative AI as a core design objective remain scarce. This study proposes a UX design framework for an emotion-responsive generative AI interface, deriving three core design elements: empathetic dialogue, personalized relationship formation, and multimodal emotional feedback. The findings suggest that positioning emotion as a central element of the interface is an effective approach to alleviating emotional isolation among seniors, while offering a new design perspective for age-friendly AI services. Future research will implement an actual prototype and apply it to senior care devices such as social robots to verify its emotional effectiveness.
