Blockchain is attracting attention in various fields. For instance, many companies and universities around the world are speeding up blockchain research and creating a new horizon in the art market by combining new technologies with art investments. However, there is a lack of academic research on frameworks and platforms associated with art content copyright. In this study, we conducted a current status analysis of blockchain and NFT, and conducted an art work utilization using NFT. This allowed us to present the direction of the art blockchain framework/platform in the future. This study will contribute to revitalize the art market of blockchain NFT art platforms
