In this work, we present a research model for utilizing art blockchain NFT DApp from three perspectives as a solution to copyright problems that can arise when creating art collaboration. First, reliable distribution and settlement of art copyrights are required, which can be done with NFT functions. Second, the introduction of blockchain that performs a “smart contract” function that creates trust in the “contracting process,” such as signing a contract for collaboration that occurs when creating art, should be carried out. Third, functional elements of blockchain and blockchain elements that perform ‘record management’ functions should be introduced in ‘distribution processes’ such as art customs clearance, insurance, transportation, and return. In future studies, further follow-up studies will be conducted on copyright distribution, calculation, and settlement of the art creation collaboration process.
