Our country had various social problems in the process of rapid development in special circumstances. Through technology-oriented development of the nation through the development of industries, not people-centered development, people sought development at the expense of many inconveniences. The new epidemic created a new era called New Normal, which created an era in which participants needed to change. This study aimed to analyze the subject of solving social problems in Korea, derive and define the types accordingly. It defined changes in the trend of governance and derived directions to pursue in solving social problems. Through tangible analysis, we sought to propose ways to expand public design in the future by discovering new subjects of solving social problems and providing academic grounds for discovered subjects to work.
