This study aimed to propose the direction of an NFT service framework based on artwork valuation based on the research hypothesis that there is ambiguity in the valuation criteria of NFT artworks due to the fairness of the purchase price/sale price of NFT artworks, and there are problems such as artificial intelligence NFT art copyright and illegal use of NFT ownership/copyright. As a result of the study, first, we analyzed the existing NFT distribution platform system based on the problems of NFT artworks and proposed the direction of a framework that can satisfy the ownership and copyright of NFT artworks. Second, we proposed the function design of each NFT service module based on the requirements of art artists, buyers, and distributors, the optimization design of artwork NFT valuation algorithm, and the testing of artwork value-based NFT distribution framework. As an expected effect of this research, new art businesses such as NFT artworks, NFT content ownership, NFT copyright, and NFT licensing are expected to expand, and the direction for the NFT service framework approach based on art valuation will be set.
