Abstract Discussions on copyright of TV Program publishing between countries or broadcasting stations have been steadily debated. Moreover, the formats of the program are combined to bring different values of different values by country or culture. Through this The original TV program is becoming diversified. The format of broadcasting programs in Korea is competitive as ' K- Format ' in the format of the International Broadcasting Program Market. With the previous study of prior studies, We will try to have a more realistic discussion about the broadcasting program format through ‘ Broadcast World Wide 2016' and It needs to focus on the analysis of the Chinese market, a major exporter of Chinese, and future changes in Chinese format market. There is also a need to broaden the scope of exporting countries, as there are various risks that may be disrupted depending on political issues. This study analyzes the analysis of China, the major exporter of the Korean style market. In addition, we will discuss the implications of broadcasting program format exports in terms of cultural hybridity, and the study analyzed this from a positive aspect of the transformation of content through new culture and values. Keyword K-Format, Broadcasting program format, Format Bible, cultural hybridity 요약  국가 간 혹은 방송국 간 TV 프로그램의 판권에 대한 논의는 꾸준히 이루어져왔다. 더욱이 프로그램의 포맷을 거래함으로써 국가 혹은 문화권별로 상이한 가치관들을 접목시키고 있다. 이를 통해 본래의 TV 프로그램은 다양화 되고 있는 추세이다. 한국의 방송 프로그램 포맷들은 국제 방송 프로그램 포맷 시장에서 ‘K-Format’ 으로서 경쟁력을 가지고 있다. 기존의 다양한 선행연구와 더불어 ‘2016 국제 방송영상 견본시’ 를 통해 방송 프로그램 포맷에 대한 보다 현실적인 논의를 하며, 포맷의 주요 수출국인 중국 시장에 대한 분석과 중국 포맷 시장의 향후 변화에 대해 눈여겨볼 필요가 있다. 또한 정치적 사안에 따라 교역이 중단될 수도 있는 여러 리스크가 산재하고 있기 때문에 수출 국가의 범위를 넓게 확장할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 한국 포맷 시장의 주요 수출국인 중국에 대한 분석과 더불어 방송 프로그램 포맷의 수출이 가지는 의미를 문화적 혼종성의 관점에서 바라보고, 이를 새로운 문화와 가치관을 통한 콘텐츠의 변용이라는 긍정적인 측면에서 분석해보았다.
