We are currently a large city with a population that is rapidly becoming hollow. Declining rural population and aging are becoming the biggest problems that local governments should overcome. The first purpose of agricultural production in urban areas, which migrates to rural areas, is to have a lot of labor. However, even if the same products are produced, the importance of derivative services that can be evaluated for high added value by improvement of quality and exploitation of sales channels is getting more attention. As a solution to this problem, there are already a lot of service industries that can return to the agriculture through the 6th industry as the future industry. In rural areas, the rural community represented by the revitalization plan of the declining area, and the experience village represented by social agriculture, the necessity of the labor population is identified, As well as ways to increase the resident population by inducing the influx of people directly contributing to the local economy. 우리나라는 현재 대도시로 인구가 편중되며 농촌의 공동화 현상이 급격히 진행되고 있다. 농촌 인구의 감소와 노령화가 지방자치단체마다 극복해야 할 최대의 고민이 되고 있다. 도시지역의 인구가 농촌 지역으로 이주하는, 첫 번째 목적인 농업 생산은 많은 노동력이 있어야 한다. 하지만 같은 생산물을 두고도 품질의 개선과 판로의 개척 등에 의해 높은 부가가치를 평가받을 수 있는 파생 서비스의 중요성은 더욱 주목받고 있다. 이에 대한 방안으로 미래 산업으로써, 6차산업을 통한 농업으로의 회귀와 접목을 할 수 있는 서비스업들이 이미 많이 언급되고 있다. 농촌 지역, 쇠퇴지역의 활성화 방안으로 대표되는 농촌 지역 공동체, 사회적 농업으로 대표되는 체험마을을 중심으로 노동인구의 필요성을 확인하고, 연령대 구분없이 활동할 수 있는 농촌의 서비스 산업을 사례로 방문 인구의 증가는 물론, 지역 경제에 직접 보탬이 되는 유입 인구의 유도로 거주 인구를 늘릴 방안을 살펴보고자 한다.
