본 연구는 블록체인 기반의 미술품 관련 플랫폼을 분석하여, 미술품에 발생하는 저작권 관련 블록체인 플랫폼의 방향성을 도출하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 블록체인의 특징과 유형을 이론적으로 고찰해 보고, 6가지의 미술품 블록체인 플랫폼을 8개 항목으로 구분하여, 개념적 측면과 내용 및 구조적 측면, 특징, 활용 및 기대 측면에서 심도화된 사례 분석을 시도하였으며, 구체적인 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 블록체인 기반하의 미술품 서비스의 목적은 플랫폼 전체 구조에 영향을 미치므로 기획 단계에서 정확한 설정이 필요하다. 둘째, 취급하고자 하는 미술품의 특성을 세부적으로 이해하고, 작품 인증 방식 및 블록체인 유형을 설계해야 한다. 셋째, 미술품 참여자 간 저작권 증명시 효율적 방안을 제공해야 한다. 넷째, 미술품 블록체인 플랫폼 특성에 따른 보상체계를 설정해야 한다. 다섯째, 미술품 범위가 확장되는 추세이므로 블록체인 3.0 도입을 고려해야 한다. 본 연구는 미술 업계의 사회적, 경제적 창출 효과에 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것으로 기대하며, 미술품 협업 창작시 요구되는 학예사, 미술관 관계자, 창작자에게 필요한 블록체인 저작권 프레임워크에 대한 기반 연구가 될 것이다.  This study aims to analyze blockchain-based artwork-related platforms and to derive the direction of blockchain platforms associated with copyrights that arise from artworks. For this purpose, the characteristics and types of blockchains were theoretically investigated, and subsequently, the in-depth case analysis was attempted in terms of concepts, contents, structure, features, utilization and expectation by dividing 6 artwork blockchain platforms into 8 categories. The results are as follows. First, as the purpose of artwork services based on the blockchain affects the entire structure of the platform, an accurate setup is necessary in the planning stage. Second, thorough understanding of the characteristics of the artwork to be handled in fine details should precede the design of the artwork authentication method and the blockchain type. Third, an efficient method should be provided when the copyright is to be proven among artwork participants. Fourth, a compensation system according to the characteristics of the artwork blockchain platform should be set up. Fifth, as the scope of artworks is expanding, the introduction of the blockchain 3.0 should be taken into consideration. This study is expected to have a positive impact on the social and economic value creation of the art industry, and to provide the fundamental data for the blockchain copyright framework necessary for curators, museum officials, and creators in the collaboration of artworks.
