Abstract The background of this study was divided into the scale and development of the art market, the expansion of illegal copying of art contents, and the need for art blockchain research. The purpose of this study is to propose a framework that fuses blockchain technology in the calculation, settlement, and monitoring of copyrights such as art content. The results of the study are as follows. The art content copyright demand survey investigated and analyzed the problems of art copyright and presented the results. Second, in the art content copyright calculation, we propose the direction of the rate for copyright based on the detailed criteria setting and the value calculation. Third, the art content copyright settlement standard proposed a method of separating the calculation of copyrights according to the attributes and types of use by media by classifying them into batch use and fixed amount settlement, fixed rate settlement, and exposure ratio settlement. Fourth, the Art Content Copyright Monitoring Framework proposes the direction of the Art Copyright Monitoring Framework. Fifth, the Art Content Copyright Blockchain Framework proposes copyright blockchain elements of art content and technical approaches. Through this study, a sound and transparent copyright establishment system will be established to generate revenue for art content copyrights.   Keyword Art Contents Copyright(미술 콘텐츠 저작권), Copyright fee calculation(저작권료 산정), Settlement of Copyright Charges(저작권료 정산), Copyright Monitoring(저작권 모니터링), Blockchain Service(블록체인 서비스)   요약 본 연구의 배경은 미술 시장의 규모 확대 및 발전, 미술 콘텐츠 불법 복제 확대, 미술 블록체인 연구의 필요성으로 구분하여 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구의 목적은 미술 콘텐츠 등의 저작권 산정 및 정산, 모니터링에 블록체인 기술을 융합하는 프레임워크를 제안하는 방향성을 제시한 연구이다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 미술 콘텐츠 저작권 수요조사에서는 미술 저작권의 문제점을 조사 분석하여 결과값을 제시하였다. 둘째, 미술 콘텐츠 저작권 산정에서는 세부 기준 설정과 가치산정을 기준으로 저작권에 대한 요율의 방향성을 제안하였다. 셋째, 미술 콘텐츠 저작권 정산 기준에서는 일괄 이용 및 정액 정산, 판매건별 정률 정산, 노출 비율 정률 정산으로 구분하여, 매체별 속상과 이용 형태에 따라 저작권의 산정을 다르게 구분하는 방법을 제안하였다. 넷째, 미술 콘텐츠 저작권 모니터링 프레임워크에서는 미술 저작권 모니터링 프레임워크의 방향성을 제안하였다. 다섯째, 미술 콘텐츠 저작권 블록체인 프레임워크에서는 미술 콘텐츠의 저작권 블록체인 요소와 기술적 접근 방안을 제안하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 미술 콘텐츠 저작권 수익 창출과 건전하고 투명한 저작권 확립 체계가 확립될 수 있을 것이다.
