It is time for academic research on how artistic elements change regions and societies, their roles and types, and the action process and meaning analysis of social perception, and various policy measures according to types in the process of gentrification. Various social, cultural, and economic problems are revealed in the general process of gentrification, such as urban fallout, the emergence of artists and gentrifires, revitalizing people's interests and commercial districts, and revitalizing the city, such as local renovation and reconstruction. In this study, we studied and analyzed how these artists' activities affect gentrification, perceptions of social members, related systems and administrative plans and support systems of governments and local governments, and various cases of gentrification. According to the results of the study, a topic on how artistic elements affect the gentrification of the city was derived. The final goal of this study is to induce the search for policy alternatives for sustainable gentrification through academic research on artist activities and gentrification and various case analysis.
